I practice holistic therapies because they are amazingly relaxing yet invigorating, helpful in relieving stress and anxiety, and are just a really lovely way of getting rid of tension, stress, anxiety and replacing it with a feeling of calm, serenity and renewed energy.  For example, reflexology is just amazing for boosting circulation and stimulating blood flow, eliminating toxins, easing pains in the body, eg headaches, painful back, joint pains, digestive issues, and also is incredibly relaxing and so you feel like you are completely revitalised after having a treatment.  This enables you to be able to relax more and be in a more helpful and beneficial stage of mind, following the treatment.  Facial massage, is another beautiful and relaxing therapy to have.  It gives you time and space to chill out, relax, de-stress, and the benefits of this relaxation last for the rest of the day, and longer.  Sleep is greatly improved with these therapies and sleep is vital to our overall health and wellness. I am undertaking counselling level 3, having completed level 2. My hope is to become a counsellor alongside my holistic therapies.
