I’m a Polyvagal informed Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner & workshop facilitator. I support those going through big life changes, feeling lost & stuck in uncertainty, especially women experiencing the upheaval of the midlife transition. I help them discover how they can renew & reset the relationship with themselves, manage stress better, find balance faster & take back control of their lives.
My approach focuses on creating safe space to explore the things that are keeping individuals stuck, helping them to join up the dots of their life, understand themselves better & build their inner resilience. Working with the vagus nerve & the nervous system, along with the body’s energy systems, I help them to unite their body & mind more through holistic, energy healing practices, talking therapy & Polyvagal Theory principles so they can heal the relationship with themselves & support their physical & emotional journey with self-compassion & self-care. I work with individuals & groups in person & online.
