Aphrodisiac Tip of the Day  - Revitalising Herbs

If your love life is flagging and needs a little spicing up, herbs may be the answer. The herbs that are usually regarded as being aphrodisiacs are the Siberian, Chinese and Korean ginsengs. All of these are excellent vitality raisers, lessening fatigue and boosting energy. Take as directed, but for no more than six weeks at a time. Always check first if you are on any medication or have a health condition, including high blood pressure.

Damiana has been used for its positive effect on low mood and ability to counter poor libido in men. Saw palmetto, normally used for its effect on reducing an enlarged prostate, also has a vitality-raising element which might be helpful in cases of low libido. More . . .

Here at the Complementary Medical Association, we are currently appraising several preparations of herbs and other products that are reputed to boost libido in both men and women.  Click here if you would like us to keep you informed of our findings.
