The Complementary Medical Association is a non-profit organisation and in order to continue to provide the very highest level of complementary medical information free of charge to the public, doctors and practitioners we rely on donations from our site visitors as we do not carry advertising on this site.  The reason that we have chosen not to allow companies to advertise on our website is that we feel that this could be seen to compromise our journalistic independence, integrity and possibly our freedom of speech - and we hold these values very dear.
